Site Reliability Engineer

Position: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: hybrid preferred, might be open to remote.

GATE NO.5, SOFTWARE UNITS LAYOUT,

HYDERABAD, TELANGANA - 500081

Looking for someone that has experience with the following 3 areas:

1.           EndPoint/employee experience (laptops, devices, etc)

2.           APM ⁠Application performance management - ensure apps/websites performing

3.           Infras/network/etc

Top Tools needed:

a.           SolarWinds

b.            Grafana Cloud

c.            ThousandEyes

The Engineer will work in a challenging, hands-on environment building a new observability platform for compute, network, storage, database, middleware, applications and other environments. The Engineer will utilize a wide range of technologies to build a single pane of glass which could include SolarWinds, Grafana Cloud, ThousandEyes, Big Panda IO and other observability tools. If you have experience monitoring infrastructure and application systems across many platforms using a range of products, this could be a great opportunity for you to help our client build out a new platform!

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineers and Developers
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing requirements and competing priorities.
• Provide high level overview to the team so they can plan and prioritize the work load accordingly
